By purchasing or using any product or service from Wooprex, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing our website or making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our products or services.

1. License Types

Wooprex offers three distinct license plans tailored to different needs:

• Valid for 1 domain/website.
• Ideal for personal or single-business use.
• Lifetime product updates included.
• 6-month email/chat support.
• Includes priority installation services.
• Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

• Valid for up to 3 domains/websites.
• Suitable for freelance developers and small teams.
• Lifetime updates included.
• 6-month premium support.
• Includes priority installation services (up to 2 installs).
• Cannot be resold or redistributed.

• Valid for up to 10 domains/websites.
• Ideal for agencies managing multiple clients.
• Lifetime product updates and support.
• Includes priority installation services (up to 4 installs).
• Not for resale or distribution outside the licensed agency.

Each license grants non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the product within the defined scope.

2. Digital Products Offered

Wooprex offers a diverse range of digital assets, including:

• HTML Templates: Professionally designed static website templates.
• Vue, React, Next.js, and Nuxt.js Templates: SPA/SSR front-end solutions.
• WordPress Themes: Customizable themes for various niches.
• WooCommerce Themes: eCommerce-ready themes integrated with WooCommerce.
• Shopify Themes: Shopify-optimized storefront designs.
• WordPress Plugins: Custom plugins offering extended functionalities.

All products are developed in-house to ensure code quality, compatibility, and scalability

3. Product Delivery

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email with a download link to your purchased product. You may also access the product directly through your Wooprex account dashboard.
Delivery is instant and fully automated. If you do not receive your download link within 1 hour, please contact our support team.

4. Compatibility, Updates & Maintenance

All our products are tested and optimized for compatibility with the latest stable versions of their respective platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

• Wooprex cannot guarantee compatibility with outdated or heavily customized CMS installations.
• We regularly release updates to improve performance, fix bugs, and maintain compatibility with third-party software.

5. Product Customization & Usage Rights

You are allowed to modify products to suit your project requirements, provided you do not redistribute or resell them. Customization support is not included in the basic support plan but can be requested as a separate service.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All digital assets sold on Wooprex are the intellectual property of Wooprex. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the product but does not transfer ownership.

You may not:

• Claim the product as your own.
• Remove branding without prior consent.
• Distribute or resell any part of the product.

7. Fraud Prevention & Purchase Verification

Wooprex employs advanced fraud detection systems to protect against unauthorized transactions. If we suspect fraudulent activity, your purchase may be delayed or declined. We reserve the right to report such activities to authorities and ban access to our platform.

8. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you may use Wooprex products only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

9. Pricing Policy, Discounts & Adjustments

Wooprex reserves the right to change pricing, introduce discounts, or offer special deals at any time without prior notice.

• If you purchase a product before a price drop or promotion, the difference will not be refunded.
• Discounts and promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively.

10. Support Policy

Each license includes:

• 6-month premium support via email or chat.
• Support covers bug fixes, installation help, and basic usage.
• Advanced customization, third-party plugin conflicts, or server-related issues are not covered under standard support.

You can extend support through optional packages available on the product page.

11. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day risk-free guarantee under the following strict conditions:

• The product you purchased is completely non-functional.
• You have submitted a support request through our Helpdesk but did not receive a satisfactory resolution.
• The main product description was entirely misleading.

Please note:

• Refunds are not applicable if you simply change your mind.
• Refunds will not be given for services such as installation, customization, or consultation.
• All refund requests must be submitted via our support helpdesk.

12. Payment & Security

• Payments are securely processed via SSL-encrypted gateways.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and trusted third-party services.
• We do not store any sensitive card or banking information.

13. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use products within their licensed scope.
• Avoid sharing, distributing, or reselling Wooprex assets.
• Ensure server and environment compatibility for themes/plugins.
• Keep backups before installation or customization.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in license termination without refund.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and documentation are the intellectual property of Wooprex. No part may be copied, distributed, or reused without explicit written permission.
You may not:

• Claim our work as your own.
• Resell or redistribute our themes or plugins.
• Modify product branding or copyright notices.

15. Changes to These Terms

Wooprex reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website and products after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users will be notified of significant changes via email or notification on our site.

16. Services Offered

To enhance the value of our digital products, Wooprex provides a range of optional professional services. These services can be selected during purchase or requested separately at any time.

• Services are exclusive to the licensed user and cannot be transferred or resold.
• Customized work is provided for personal or project-specific use only.
• Timelines vary by scope and are shared before service begins.
• Clients are expected to provide necessary details and access to ensure smooth delivery.
• All service transactions are subject to our payment and refund policies (see Sections 11 & 12).
