UI/UX Designer

Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for someone who understands design psychology, pays strong attention to detail, and can turn ideas into elegant digital experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces and user experiences for web, mobile, and software platforms.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Create consistent brand-aligned design systems and reusable components.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of design systems.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders in an engaging way.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
• Optimize existing user interface designs based on feedback and data.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design best practices.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
• Ability to design for accessibility and inclusivity (WCAG compliance).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and final products.

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Hands-on experience designing digital products or platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Additional Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Strong creative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
