Job Responsibilities:

• Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Design and implement scalable microservices architecture.
• Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
• Work with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Optimize performance and reliability of backend systems.
• Collaborate with frontend teams and DevOps for seamless deployment.
• Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing development.
• Implement and maintain security best practices for API services.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of JavaScript and Node.js fundamentals.
• Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in database design and integration.
• Knowledge of authentication methods like JWT and OAuth.
• Experience with version control tools (Git, GitHub).
• Familiarity with Docker, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.
• Testing experience using Mocha, Chai, or Jest.

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Node.js backend development.
• Proven experience in building scalable production-grade APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps workflows.

Additional Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
